Lovely lady - genuinely wants to help. She seemed to want to say what she thought I wanted to hear. Adapted the reading to suit what she knew of the situation. Rambled on endlessly about her personal life - I couldn't get a word in. Wasted loads of minutes listening to her repeat herself talking about things that were of no interest or consequence to me.
